Crypthax converts cryptocurrency you already own into fiat currency and pays it out to PayPal, Payoneer, Wise or a bank account. You choose the crypto, the amount and the destination - we handle the conversion and the payout.

Yes. No-KYC is the default. For standard conversions of $10,000 and below you need a name, an email address and a password, plus the payout details of the account you want to be paid into. There is no document upload step, no verification queue and consequently no approval wait.

Three things, in order of how much they cost you elsewhere. First, No-KYC: a typical exchange asks for ID, a selfie and address proof before your first withdrawal. Second, the fee is withheld from our side — a flat 0.2% of the converted amount, so converting $250 means you receive $249.50 instead of paying $250 plus a spread. Third, we deliver money to PayPal, Payoneer, Wise or a bank account rather than trying to keep you trading on our platform.

Any wallet works. Send from MetaMask, Binance Wallet, Trust Wallet, Coinbase Wallet, Rabby, Phantom, OKX Wallet, Rainbow, Ledger, Exodus, SafePal or anything WalletConnect supports — we are wallet agnostic by design, so there is nothing to migrate, export or import, and we never ask which wallet you used. You only need to send the confirmed amount from an address you control.

No. You never see gas, network, bridge, swap, RPC or slippage anywhere in the product. You see two numbers: what you hold, and what you can spend. The applied rate, the conversion cost and the final amount are itemised before you confirm, so there is nothing to work out yourself.

We serve customers in 40+ countries. Sanctioned jurisdictions and a small list of restricted territories cannot be served. If your country is unsupported you will be told at signup.

No. Crypto is collected by our payment partner Paymento at the moment of conversion and settled immediately. We do not run a custodial wallet for customer funds.

Crypthax has been operating since 2021, when it started as a small payout desk for freelancers paid in USDT. Since then we have settled over $700M in payouts across 42 countries, added PayPal, Payoneer, Wise and bank corridors, and localised the product into 20 languages. The minimum conversion is $250. You can pick $250, $500, $750 or $1,000 with one click, or type any amount above $250.

Two fees apply, and the 0.2% never gets added on top. We withhold 0.2% of the amount you convert, so converting $250 credits the recipient with $249.50. A balance fee of 0.1% of the conversion amount is deducted from your topped-up funds. There is no FX spread and no monthly fee.

Every new account receives $5.00 in credit. It can only be used to pay fees - it cannot be converted, withdrawn or deposited elsewhere. It is always spent before your paid balance.

The conversion itself is prepared in about 5-9 seconds. Payouts then reach PayPal in 10-40 minutes, Payoneer in 15-60 minutes, Wise in 20-90 minutes and bank accounts within 1-2 business days.

Funds can be paid out to 13 destinations: the wallets PayPal, Payoneer, Wise, Skrill, Revolut, Alipay and KakaoPay; the instant local rails Zelle (US), UPI (India), Pix (Brazil) and Interac (Canada); mobile money such as M-Pesa, MTN MoMo, Airtel Money and Orange Money; and bank transfers over SEPA, ACH, Faster Payments or SWIFT. Pending means your order has been recorded and the crypto payment is confirmed, and our payout desk is preparing the transfer to your destination. You receive a notification on every status change.

It depends on the corridor. Domestic transfers need an account number and routing number; international transfers need an IBAN or SWIFT/BIC. The form only asks for what the destination actually requires.

Orders can be cancelled while they are still Pending. Once an order moves to Processing the payout is already in flight. See our Refund Policy for the full rules.

If a payout cannot be delivered, the order is marked Rejected or Cancelled and the full payout amount plus fees is credited back to your topped-up balance, or refunded in crypto on request.

Standard conversions are No-KYC: up to $10,000 per order you never upload an ID, take a selfie or prove your address. Identity documents are not part of the standard flow at all. Above that ceiling, or if our banking partners flag a payment pattern, we may ask for a lightweight review under our AML/CFT programme — and we always tell you before anything is held.
