Crypthax Financial Technologies, Inc. is registered in the United States, with its registered office at 601 Congress Ave, Austin, TX 78701, USA. We operate as a virtual currency service provider and rely on licensed payment partners for fiat settlement in each corridor.
2. Documents
Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, Cookie Policy, AML & KYC Policy and Security Policy are published in full and versioned with an effective date. Each is reviewed at least twice a year.
3. Controls
Customer balances are separately tracked and never commingled. Key operational actions are logged append-only and reviewed. Access to payout tooling is limited and requires multi-factor authentication.
4. Partners
Crypto acceptance: Paymento. Fiat payouts: regulated banking rails in each corridor, plus PayPal, Payoneer and Wise where the destination supports them. Each partner is reviewed before onboarding and monitored afterwards.
5. Metrics
Uptime, median payout time and processed volume are published on the homepage and refreshed hourly from production telemetry. We do not adjust historical metrics after publication.
