Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the Crypthax website, applications and services (together, the "Service"), operated by Crypthax Financial Technologies, Inc. ("Crypthax", "we", "us").

By creating an account or using the Service you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy and our AML & KYC Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding contract. You must not be resident in, or acting on behalf of any person in, a jurisdiction subject to comprehensive sanctions, and you must not appear on any applicable sanctions or politically exposed person list.

We may refuse, suspend or terminate access where we cannot verify eligibility or where local law prohibits the Service.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your credentials confidential. All activity under your session is treated as authorised by you.

Notify us immediately at support@crypthax.com if you suspect unauthorised access. We may suspend an account while we investigate suspected fraud, abuse or a legal obligation to do so.

Crypthax arranges the conversion of supported crypto assets into supported fiat currencies and the delivery of the resulting funds to a payout destination you nominate. Conversions are executed through third-party payment partners, including Paymento for crypto acceptance.

Quotes are indicative until the moment you confirm an order. The applicable rate and fee breakdown are shown in the order summary before you pay and are locked when the order is created.

The minimum conversion amount is USD 250.00. We may change supported assets, currencies, payout corridors and limits at any time.

A processing fee of 0.2% of the conversion amount is withheld from the payout: the recipient receives the conversion amount minus that fee. A balance fee of 0.1% of the conversion amount is deducted from your topped-up funds.

Signup credit is granted at our discretion, is usable only toward fees, and is never convertible, withdrawable or transferable. Fees are non-refundable once a payout has been dispatched, except as set out in our Refund Policy.

You agree not to use the Service for money laundering, terrorist financing, sanctions evasion, fraud, tax evasion or any other unlawful purpose. You agree to provide accurate source-of-funds information on request.

You agree not to interfere with the Service, attempt to access accounts that are not yours, or use automated means to extract data without written permission.

Digital asset values are volatile. A conversion is irreversible once the crypto payment is broadcast and the payout is dispatched. Network congestion, chain reorganisations and third-party outages can delay settlement.

We are not responsible for losses arising from incorrect payout details you supply, from sending unsupported assets or networks, or from events outside our reasonable control.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the greater of the fees you paid us in the three months preceding the claim, or USD 100.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including for fraud or wilful misconduct.

We may amend these Terms by publishing an updated version with a revised effective date. Material changes are notified by email or in-product at least 14 days before they take effect.

You may close your account at any time once all orders are settled. We may terminate your access for breach of these Terms or where required by law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Austin, Texas, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
